High pressure is reserved for concrete, brick and other hard masonry. Choosing wrongly is what forces water behind siding and furs up timber, so we pick the method surface by surface.

We pre-wet and cover planting before we start and rinse everything down afterwards, which is what keeps beds and lawns safe. Keep pets indoors while we are working, and let us know about anything particularly delicate in the yard so we can give it extra protection.
Yes. Roofs are always soft washed — never pressure washed — because high pressure lifts shingle granules and shortens the life of the roof. Soft washing removes the black streaking and moss without touching the surface itself.
Regularly. Surface prep is one of the most common reasons people book us. Paint and sealant both need a clean, sound, dry surface to bond to, so we wash first and give the surface time to dry before your painter starts.
