Eighteen years of driveways, storefronts, fleets and everything in between — run from a yard on South Quarry Road in north Springfield.
Pro Wash of the Ozarks opened in 2008 with one trailer-mounted machine and a list of houses around Springfield. Eighteen years later the equipment has changed a good deal and the service list has grown to cover commercial buildings, fleets, heavy equipment and vehicle detailing — but the company is still owned and run by the same family, and still works out of Springfield.
We stayed small on purpose. No call center, no subcontractors, no rotating crews. When you call (417) 433-9274 you get someone who knows the schedule, and the person who walks your property to write the quote is the person who comes back to do the work.
Fully insured for both residential and commercial work — certificates are available on request before any job starts.
Most of the damage we get called out to repair was done by someone using too much pressure on the wrong surface. A vinyl soffit, a cedar shake roof and a concrete driveway all need different tools. We carry both high-pressure and soft-wash setups and we choose based on the surface, not on what is already hooked up to the truck.
Four things we do on every job, whether it is a single driveway or a forty-vehicle fleet contract.
High pressure strips concrete, brick and hard masonry. Soft washing — low pressure plus a cleaning solution — is what siding, painted timber, screens and roofs actually need. Using the first where the second belongs is how people end up with furred wood and water behind their siding.
Plants get rinsed and covered, fixtures and outlets get taped, and furniture and vehicles get moved clear before anything is switched on. It adds time to the setup and saves a great deal of trouble afterwards.
Every estimate is free and comes back as a fixed price with the scope written out, so there is no conversation about extras once the work is done. If something unexpected turns up mid-job, we stop and talk to you first.
We do not load up until you have looked at the property and told us you are happy. If a patch needs a second pass it gets one on the same visit.
Six service lines, run by the same crew and the same equipment fleet.
Our yard is at 1015 S. Quarry Road in north Springfield, and we work out from there across Greene, Christian and Taney counties.
Yes — Pro Wash of the Ozarks carries insurance for both residential and commercial work. Ask for the certificate when you book and we will send it over before the crew arrives.
Not necessarily. We need access to the areas being cleaned and to an outside water supply. Plenty of customers leave us to it and look over the work when they get back — but if you would rather be there for the walk-round, tell us and we will book a time that suits.
A driveway or a deck is usually a few hours. A whole-house wash generally takes most of a day. Commercial and fleet work is quoted by the site. Your written quote will give you a time estimate alongside the price.
Clear parking near the work, an accessible outside faucet, and vehicles, furniture and anything fragile moved away from the area. We handle covering plants and taping up fixtures ourselves.
Every job is quoted individually — prices depend on the surface, the size and how heavy the soiling is, so we do not publish a rate card. Estimates are always free. Call (417) 433-9274 to confirm the payment methods we currently accept.
Tell us what needs cleaning and we’ll come and look at it. The estimate is free and the price we give you is the price you pay.
